Bhature Recipe
Ingredients:
• Maida (All-purpose flour): 2 cups
• Suji (Semolina): 2 tablespoons
• Dahi (Yogurt): 1/2 cup
• Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon
• Salt: To taste
• Sugar: 1 teaspoon
• Oil: 1 tablespoon (for kneading) + for frying
Instructions:
1. Combine maida, suji, dahi, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and knead the mixture into a smooth, soft dough.
3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 4-5 hours to ferment.
4. Divide the dough into small balls, roll them into round shapes, and deep fry in hot oil until they puff up and turn golden brown.
