- 1 kg chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp gnd black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1-2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 pc chicken broth cube
- 1 pc egg
- 3-4 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried parsely
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Tartar sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp parsely
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- Pinch of salt
- Gnd black pepper
